Role Overview:-

Gainwell is looking for a Data Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join its Healthcare Analytics team. This role focuses on building innovative analytics products that improve healthcare and human services outcomes. The position is purely product-development oriented and does not involve access to sensitive health or personal data.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business transformation.

Qualifications:-

B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or related fields
B.Sc / BCA – Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar
MBA / M.Sc – Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

Experience Required:-

0–2 years of Data Analytics experience or relevant academic exposure
3+ years of experience translating technical goals and business requirements (can include project work / internships / academic projects)

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Understanding of data governance concepts
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Team player with leadership and influencing capabilities
