- JLL is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business transformation projects across strategy, technology, operations, and process improvement.
- This role offers excellent exposure to real-world consulting, stakeholder management, and analytics while working closely with senior leaders.
Qualifications:-
- BBA / BBM / BMS
- B.Com
- BA – Economics / Management
- B.Sc – Statistics / Mathematics / Analytics
- BE / B.Tech – Engineering
- MBA / PGDM (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:-
- SQL / Tableau / Power BI
- Agile / Waterfall project methodologies
- Process mapping tools: Visio, Lucidchart
- Lean / Six Sigma fundamentals
- JIRA / Azure DevOps exposure
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Understanding of core Business Analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently & take ownership
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
- Support evaluation of business opportunities & market expansion
- Conduct research, data analysis & industry studies
- Identify risks, opportunities & develop actionable recommendations
- Participate in client meetings & prepare presentations
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Identify business pain points via stakeholder interactions & data
- Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Design process improvements & optimize workflows
- Document current & future-state processes
Technology & Implementation
- Gather & document business requirements
- Support UAT & quality assurance
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Assist in workflow & process optimization
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business data for trends & insights
- Build reports & dashboards
- Develop business cases & performance metrics (KPIs)
Project Coordination
- Track project milestones & deliverables
- Maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
