Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in building both classical and modern NLP stack based solutions
- Solid Python programming skills
- Experience with GenAI frameworks and agentic architectures
- Good understanding of ML fundamentals (Classification/Regression/Bayesian
- Methods) and applied ML projects
- Decent database (SQL, Vector stores) knowledge
- Exposure to deployment workflows and production systems
- Exposure with working on Spark/Data Bricks environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in MLOps deployment tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure Preferably)
- Worked on efficient model inference techniques/Platforms such as Ray, ONNX, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions in production environments
- Design ML systems involving structured/unstructured data and complex database interactions
- Develop scalable Python-based ML pipelines and APIs
- Work on foundational ML use cases including prediction, optimization, and recommendation systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize models
- Take lead in productionizing models including API design and integration, load testing, HPC compute, Latency management
