About the Role:-
- Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain & Planning (CSCP) team is expanding and looking for an experienced Data Analytics II professional.
- This role supports Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure, driving forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and advanced analytics to enable Cloud and AI services at scale.
- You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, data center operations, supply chain, and cloud hardware to deliver impactful business insights.

Bachelor’s / Master’s in:

- Engineering

- Related Technical or Business Fields
Experience Required:-
- Bachelor’s + 4 years experience OR
- Master’s + 2 years experience
- (Data Analytics, BI, Data Science, Business / Financial Analysis)
Preferred Skills:-
- Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning Analytics
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Data / BI / Analytics (preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI, Tableau
- SQL
- Big Data technologies
- Data visualization & KPI development
- Excellent collaboration, communication & influencing skills
Key Responsibilities:-
- Partner with stakeholders to drive BI & Analytics solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance & operations teams
- Identify opportunities for process & data maturity improvements
- Apply advanced analytics for strategic & financial decision-making
- Automate and optimize domain data for predictive & proactive insights
- Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from intake to delivery
