UNICEF Remote Internship: Partnerships & Education Outcomes Fund

Are you passionate about education, partnerships, and driving change for children worldwide? This UNICEF internship with the Education Outcomes Fund team could be your launchpad for an international career. EOF harnesses innovative impact financing and partnership strategies to bridge the gap in learning and employment for 10 million youth, focusing on the most underserved populations—rural children, girls, refugees, and those with disabilities.

As a Partnerships Intern, your responsibilities will include research on potential funders, preparing memos and proposals for major donors, supporting program growth, maintaining relationships in the team’s CRM, and contributing to cross-team projects. This role is remote (with some London hours) and provides a stipend based on location. You’ll be part of a global movement shaping outcomes-based education funding and real-world solutions to learning poverty and youth unemployment.

Requirements:

Current student or recent graduate (under 2 years)
Fluency in English
Strong academics, research, and communication skills
Interest/experience in international development or partnerships
Ability to commit 6 months full-time from October/November 2025
No close relatives working in UNICEF
